I’m Carrie Majewski
CEO/Founder of the Women in Leadership Nexus® and my proprietary DoorD™ framework.
I’ve spent my life seeing, choosing and entering DoorDs.
I see beyond what the systems, institutionalized leadership principles, society, etc., want me to see. I call into vision the pathways NO ONE else can.
I go off the beaten path. I’ve curated a career of optionality. Running my own business, while leading growth for a tech firm. I lean into imperfect leadership. Breaking the rules is my jam. And I believe invisible is around us always, beckoning us to pay attention.
