DoorD to Help Leaders Spot Invisible Carrer Options

Designed to help individuals learn how to spot invisible, emergent leadership pathways they can take when they reach a fork in the road — the option that represents their innermost career aspirations — See DoorD™ is the newest leadership program launched by Nexus Founder Carrie Majewski.

The 12-week program kicks off the week of February 14, 2022, and the application window is officially open for those looking to join the winter cohort.

“The metaphorical fork-in-the-road moment that we continually reach in our careers almost always presents us with the same two options, albeit with slightly nuanced changes each time we arrive there,” says Majewski. “The first door represents staying the course, despite every fiber of our being beckoning us to next. The second door often represents newness — a new job, business offering, industry, title, etc. And, more often than not, both options feel typical and conventional… as if we’ve seen them time and time again.”

“But what if there was another option?,” she adds. “An invisible door we could take that represented our most daring, divine dream for our career. The door we truly want to take at the fork in the road even if it means going the path that none have gone before. That pathway is what I refer to as DoorD. In this program, leaders will learn how to see, choose, and enter DoorD and, in so doing, carve their own path that only they need to understand.”

See DoorD, a digital-first curriculum, will take 10 to 12 leaders through a journey to:

  • Identify and dismantle what prevents the visibility of DoorD

  • Master the 4-part DoorD methodology to see invisible options

  • Gain clarity on the doors that can be taken at forks in the road

  • Help their fellow cohort spot their own DoorD

The program includes weekly DoorD training videos, weekly live cohort calls, a private cohort app, a private coaching session with Majewski, and weekly exercises, discussions, and prompts.
