Cranston, R.I. – Friday, July 20, 2018—Since its inception in January of 2017, the Women in Leadership Nexus has created space for female trailblazers to come together to co-create a new leadership paradigm—from its in-person chapter events to its robust online community. Today, the Nexus was selected among thousands of women in leadership websites, blogs and newsletters as one of the top 20 sites “actively working to educate, inspire, and empower their readers with frequent updates and high-quality information,” according to Feedspot.
Honorees were selected and ranked based on following criteria
- Google reputation and Google search ranking
- Influence and popularity on Facebook, twitter and other social media sites
- Quality and consistency of posts.
- Feedspot’s editorial team and expert review
“There are so many important topics that we look to raise to the surface through our work in Nexus—from how to inch closer to wage parity to how to manifest your entrepreneurial dream to how to lead with greater impact,” says Carrie Majewski, Founder/CEO, Women in Leadership Nexus. “Through our robust blogging platform and regular events, we actively dive deep into existing leadership constraints and advancements and together shape what we believe to be the tenets of next-gen leadership. We are so grateful that the work of our community has been recognized alongside a number of shining industry leaders.”
Over the past year-and-a-half, the Nexus has attracted two dozen bloggers spanning from Rhode Island to the United Kingdom. Authors have covered a range of topics including:
- Strengths-based leadership frameworks
- How to approach leadership from a place of abundance, versus scarcity
- Advice for your younger and future self
